Processing & Shipping Days
All orders are processed and shipped twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays. Orders placed after the cutoff time on a shipping day will be processed for the next scheduled shipping day.

Order Cutoff Time
To be included in the next shipping batch: Orders must be placed before 11:59 PM (local time) on the day prior to shipping.

 

Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to us.
